peanut butter cupcakes

i enjoyed this peanut butter cupcake a lot, and so does everybody else who loves peanut butter and tasted this peanut butter cupcake...

this recipe is from Martha Stewart's website, but i used different topping i.e. pure peanut butter and strawberry jam!


these are the ingredients, good luck!

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
6 ounces (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup natural, creamy peanut butter
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

main ingredient in choc fudge cake is of course, chocolate! lots of chocolate!

add a little milk....

dont get me wrong, this is my drinks! eheheh...

....still my drinks...

mix everything well....

bake for almost 2 hours... phew... very hot!

voila! decorate as you please...!!!

my first attempt baking a whole cake.

chocolate fudge cake... with transformers autobots logo on top. she actually ordered 2 cakes, one autobots and the other decepticons. but i only made autobots for both cakes heheheh (sorry, dear... i thot the kids would love to have autobots for both occasions :D)

of course, there are rooms for improvement... but appreciate this order cos it also enhances my skill for cakes... :-p

not bad huh... eehhehe

Q-Dees Sports Day Update

Alhamdulillah....

All went well and all cupcakes sold out (there were hungry kids and parents :D)

these girls are made from fondant... it was quite a process as there was no special made tool to make them. (sadly, cant make all cuppies cos it will cost more- sowwi....)
